Michael A. Wentz, Esquire
Michael A. Wentz earned his two B.A. degrees, cum laude, in Education and History from Rowan University in 2013. After graduating, Mike began to forge his path towards helping those in need by becoming a high school history teacher and sports coach where he grew up in Southern New Jersey. After three years of teaching and coaching, he followed his passion to law school at Drexel University’s Kline School of Law.
In law school, Mike’s love of competition drew him to Drexel’s nationally ranked mock trial team. Mike helped ensure Drexel’s winning ways continued when, as a second-year law student, he and his teammates won the Philadelphia Regional American Association for Justice (AAJ) Student Trial Advocacy Competition. The success continued into Mike’s third year when he was named the “Outstanding Advocate” in the “Summit Cup,” an invite-only competition open to the top-12 mock trial teams around the U.S. hosted by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Towards the end of Mike’s law school career, his trial advocacy ability was recognized by the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association’s decision to present him with the James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy.
Ultimately, Mike’s time at Drexel’s Kline School of Law culminated in earning his J.D., cum laude, in 2019. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since joining the Boonswang Law Firm, Mike has already put his competitive drive to good use by obtaining dozens of positive outcomes for his clients.
